Shrimp Scampi and Cheesey Garlic Biscuits
Shrimp Scampi Recipe:
14 raw,peeled and deveigned shrimp
1 tablespoon and a half minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter


Cheesey Garlic Biscuits:
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

I just had a fun conversation with Brittany Hartman, who I haven't really had the chance to talk to, but so far she seems really nice and I like her personality. :)
We were talking about what we want to do when we get older and I told her how I want to own my own business. Also, I want my own Food Network show, then expand and have my own baking mix line and cook wear line. Then I had a ohmygod moment: I could create my own baking mix line at my house! I will see eventually after I have more free time, if I can make that happen.

Unofficial SnowCream Recipe

1. go outside and get a big mixing bowl full of snow.
2. get 1 can of sweetend condensed milk, open it up and pour on top of the snow.
3. get a tablespoon of vanilla extract and then mix it all up

now you have SNOW CREAM : D

Bananas on the Brain.

So I have bananas on the brain. I am on day 4 of this ridiculous diet and it says bananas and skim milk is what im allowed to have besides the awful soup I'm suppose to have. Well, thank god i like bananas :)

So this made me think of Bananas Foster! One of my favorite desserts. Its actually pretty to make too because it lights on fire before it is served! So one episode I'm definitely making Bananas Foster. :)

Video feedback

Hey everyone,
I have had many people walk up to me at school today telling me they loved the video! That is so exciting! I wanted to tell everyone thank you for viewing my video. I also was given more ideas for recipes at school today so I will deffinitely be coming up with recipes soon. I have to experiment before the video of course! At this moment in time i have 51 views! Which is crazy because I was only expecting at the most 10 or 15 in the first day! (sorry for all the exclamation points i am just excited haha)
